Can I choose where it goes?
We have some flexibility on placement, but ultimately it goes where it looks best for the design.
Can I veto a design?
No — that's the whole point. Trust the process. We have thousands of designs and they're all great.
Do I need an appointment?
Nope. Just walk in any day between 11am and 7pm, buy a token at the front, and we'll take care of the rest.
What style are the designs?
All traditional American — bold lines, classic motifs, solid color. The real deal.
What if I don't like the result?
You will. But if you really can't get past it, come talk to us. We're reasonable people who want you to leave happy.
